Dear Patients & Healthcare Providers,

AccqSleepLabs continues to make the health and safety of our patients and employees our top priority. We are committed to providing a safe environment for everyone.

Below are some of the policies in place to continue to keep you safe during your visit to AccqSleepLabs.

COVID Masks.

All visitors are asked to wear a cloth mask or face covering over nose and mouth while in our facilities. All employees are provided with full PPE to wear for the duration of your Sleep Study.

Employee Screening

All employees complete screening including temperature checks prior to scheduled shifts. Only those who pass the screening process are permitted to enter the facility.

Patient Screening

All patients entering the facility are required to complete multiple screening and only those who pass our screening are permitted entry to the facility.

Social Distancing Measures

All visitors are asked to maintain a minimum of 2 meters from each other. Hand sanitizer stations are located throughout the facility.

Increased Cleaning Measures

In addition to the facilities regular Infection Prevention and Control (IPAC) guidelines, we continue to add additional cleaning routines throughout the day and night to help protect you.
